It's going to be okay and a spoonful of support.

February is rushing by like a missed train and plus there’s all the << STUFF >> happening in the world and to my nearest and dearest.
And just to keep it 100%, I’m feeling really overwhelmed at the moment.
I imagine a lot of you are feeling the same for private and global reasons. 2025 really is demanding our full attention!
So I’m going to say what I tell my inner child at 3am when I can’t get back to sleep - It’s going to be okay.
This month I am channeling my energy towards seasonal comfort food since we are in uncomfortable times. Soup to me is food’s equivalent of a hug around your tummy. It’s a hug for the soul. Soup soothes me to the very core. It’s that warm feeling you get when you snuggle up under a blanket next to your beloved. It’s that extra pair of fuzzy socks on a wicked bitter cold rainy day. It’s that one universal dish that people equate food to making you feel better and it really does. So here is some soup for your soul. A roundup of my five favorite soups this season.
